TOPIC: How to use YDL as a remote Xterminal for a mainframe

Introduction
Want to use that big SuperComputer at office by remote? Yes you can!!!, just need YDL installed and working (or an operative xfree86 version)

Content:
What you need?, the remote must be setup to accept remote configuration from your machine (you need to be enable to make telnet or rlogin from your IP if you can do "telnet youroffice.com" with your account you are ok!) and well you must know you IP address ...

-first start you machine and go to your prompt (terminal app) and write with out ""
"xhost +"
(most common Systems, Solaria, FreeBSD, etc)
- write this in your prompt: (with out "")
"telnet youofficeip.something"
then write you login
the writer your password
now have to move your office
setenv DISPLAY youhomeip.something:0.0
in some machines the command is export (some linux machine to be exact.. :)
-now all what the supercomputer make you can see it (in your login of course we are the good guys...), type: "xterm" -you have a remote xterm soo if you have for example to use the gimp program remote, just write "gimp", type like you was really at office... cool!
