Fixstars Solutions, Inc. will be pleased to replace a product that is either defective or has been damaged during shipping. Fixstars Solutions must be contacted to provide a Return Authorization Number prior to replacing your defective or damaged product. Upon receipt of your defective product, we will ship a replacement.
FSS reserves the right to make all final decisions on exchanges.
What is the FSS Product Returns Policy
Fixstars Solutions reserves the right to refuse a refund for the following reasons:
- If the seal on the product packaging has been opened.
- Your Installation Support has been initiated.
- For 3rd party products, we request you work with the OEM directly.
- If you attempted to install YDL on an unsupported machine. It is your responsibility to determine if your computer is not supported. If you are wanting to test YDL on an unsupported machine, we suggest you first download YDL and then purchase our CDs and/or accessories when you are ready.
